Walter Mitty" for the first time. This movie is amazing. We watch it over
and over again and never get bored of it. Beautiful
and peaceful sceneries of Iceland, Greenland and Himalayas, a lovely soundtrack, inspiring scenes and quotes and of course this perfect clementine cake. You should definetely watch this movie and bake this cake. That citrus flavor with the sweetest icing and those candied clementine slices make the perfect cake for your afternoon tea. Everyone who tasted this cake loved it. We will bake it again and will try it with lemons or oranges.
