Steps. Front, back, side, playful, Charleston. Your feet are on fire. But always cute on fire. That’s what the music and the skirt command. The skirt always up in the air. Partner’s hand above your waist and yours at his shoulder. Aw! Music begins. Ahm…This rhythm isnt so familiar yet. When do we make thisback step/rock step”? Peeping others feet. Your partner is doing the same. But if there is chemistry between you two, everything else is unnecessary. You find the steps needed. And when you finally find the steps and the rhythm, the teacher shouts “change!”..hmm…again from the top!  In this dance studio whereI’m dancing, most of us are girls...and just a couple of boys! It’s fun! We are gonna be really concentrated on our dance and so we are gonna be professionals…yeah this is happening! hehe New and interesting people, lovely place, dance and music. Okay..it was and the whole swing style that attracted me to this dance. Sneakers, colorful skirts, floral and velvet dresses, shorts full of sequins –we are modest girls- high-waisted jeans, tights and high socks, ribbons and bows in your hair, curls and  retro hairstyles. Eeee yeah I had to do this!

Which is my history with dance? Till now…no history! I was not one of those girls dancing ballet. I didn’t want to..I think! Generally I was not dancing. Shy girl. Unlike me, the little deer was in love with dance. She was learing how to dance firstly on her own and then she attended some dance lessons. Salsa lady. I always loved watching her dance and admired her for that. Ehm sometimes I was helping her with her choreographies. Just this! I had never tried dancing. Till the past summer. A salsa bootcamp pulled me there, to the wooden dancers’ flour. To be more accurate…someone’s hand pulled me there. I don’t remember either his face or his dancing skills. He was better than me, of course! hehe Ehm and yeah I think that this was enough to attract me to dance and make me and deer no. 1  love dance and all those stuff.
