Hello deer readers! I think that this is not the first post of 2015 but it is the first food post for 2015! It took me long time to post something here because of several things (good ones)! So, the first food recipe is a savoury one! A savoury cake recipe by Rachel Khoo! Τhe original version is with goat's cheese, pistachios and prunes. We've made a greek twist, with feta cheese and sultanas! We love the sweet-savoury combination! It's not a loved one combination by our friends but we love it! I like this recipe (this is why it's a hit in my illustrated recipes sketch pad) because the cake is so moist, fluffy, easy to make and you can really add any ingredient you fancy!
