Welcome Autumn - Nutella cookies!

 Autumn is officially here! All the things around you have turned into light orange and brown and smell like cinnamon. Your afternoon strolls smell like rain and freshly soaked grass! It’s the time when you wanna buy new notebooks and pencils for the new school season, bake muffins, drink tea, hide under the bed sheets and watch from the window the leaves fall.

So, the first recipe of the fall season is these nutella cookies. They are more like chewy biscuits, but whatever. I found this recipe here and said that I had to try them.
I made these cookies on the very first night of September, after finishing my studying. I had to make something, to cheer up! It's such an easy and fun to make recipe! The dough is -really- one of the most beautiful ones! hehe


  
So, the problem was that Laura (in the Kitchen) said that we should use a small ice-cream scoop but instead we used a medium or a large one! And the result was...


Τhe dough spreaded out soo soo much! We were about to say that it was an Epic Fail but then we tasted them and they were soo yummy! We couldn't throw them away! So, we just decided to cut them into irregular sizes and shapes and keep them! Simple!
 

Then with the remaining dough we thought to use a small amount of dough for each cookie, like the ones below: 


As you can see from the baked ones, the size was ideal but the cookies were not chewy anymore! These cookies have to be chewy inside! These were just some crunchy nutella biscuits!
Both of them were really delicious! 
What's our tip?
To make your nutella cookies chewy (as Laura says) you should use an ice cream scoop but in a small size! In order to make chewy cookies the dough for each cookie has to be like little balls, due to the scoop shape!
But, if you want to have the crunchy ones just use a teaspoon of dough to make each cookie!

  1. φαινονται πεντανοστιμα! για το τιπ που ζητησες για τις φωλιες με πατατα, νομιζω πρεπει να κοψεις αρκετα λεπτα τα στικς..αν δεις και αυτα που δειχνει στη συνταγη ειναι σαν μακαρονια σχεδον! επισης, δοκιμασε να τα φτιαξεις σε φορμακια για σουφλε γιατι χωρανε καλυτερα και κρατανε τα υγρα και ισως ψηθουν πιο καλα οι πατατες!

    1. Μάλλον θα εφταιξε που χρησιμοποίησα φόρμες για μάφινς! Θα τα ξαναδοκιμάσω με φορμάκια για σουφλε..! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για το τιπ και τα καλά σου λόγια <3<3
