Bake | Valentine's Day Red Velvet Cake

Τι καλύτερο από ένα τετραώροφο κατακόκκινο κέικ με μαρέγκες σε σχήμα καρδιάς στην κορυφή; Μάζεψε όλα τα υλικά, ένα δυνατό κόκκινο χρώμα ζαχαροπλαστικής, φόρεσε τα κατάλληλα, αγαπησιάρικα ρούχα σου και ας ξεκινήσει το ζαχαρο-μαγείρεμα!

Hello February ♥

February is my favorite month. It's my birthday month and also the month of love. I love making the bakery look like a big red velvet cake. Red ribbons and hearts everywhere. Notes of love, white and red balloons. The snowy days are over, the bakery is fully decorated and we are ready to spread love like icing on red velvet cakes. We bake a lot red cakes, cupcakes and macarons these days. The best part is the day of testing. We gathered with the other girls in the baking room to taste two red velvet cake recipes. Christina cut some big slices and served us. We couldn't wait to eat a big spoonful of that red heaven. The second cake was really good! So moist and fluffy. The cream cheese icing made it even lighter and more delicious. I was done with my big slice. We were chatting with the girls and laughing at the boss, when I noticed something white in the rest of the cake. It seemed like a paper. I took it out with my fingers and unwrapped it. It was a note. The other two girls run to my side and started reading the note: "To Evgenia. Roses are red, violets are blue. This cake is sweet. but not as sweet as you! Follow the red arrows to meet your secret Valentine". All the girls sqeezed me so tightly. We all supsected who he really was. I put that note in my apron's pocket and followed the arrows. My cheeks turned pink and my heart flew away when I saw him.
