Hang them on your walls and doors or just wear them in your hair. Feel the spring vibes calling you. Dance in their rhythm. Prepare the most delicious food for your spring - festive table at your yard. Add pink ribbons on the chairs and leave next to the plates little notes with a special wish for each one of your friends or family members. Appreciate everyone's presence in your life!

Hello April ❤

pril. The sun is up in the sky. Flowers and green trees everywhere, that make your morning or evening walk more beautiful and joyful. Spring inspires you. It makes you creative and optimistic. It's the best time of the year to prepare roadrips and picnics with your friends. Fresh strawberries, savory cakes, flavored sparkling water, iced lemonade and the sweetest pasta-flora as the dessert. Long bon fire nights while listening to guitar's melody and watching the milky way rising over the sea. Τhousands of stars sparkle and make the sea look like it's covered with silver glitter. Make a list with your goals for this spring. Little things that will make your everyday life bloom.

 πρίλης. Ο ήλιος είναι εκεί ψηλά στον ουρανό. Λουλούδια και ανθισμένα δέντρα παντού, κάνουν τις πρωινές και απογευματινές σου βόλτες πιο όμορφες και κεφάτες. Η άνοιξε σου δίνει έμπνευση. Σε κάνει δημιουργικό και αισιόδοξο. Είναι η καλύτερη εποχή του χρόνου για να διοργανώσεις εκδρομές με το αυτοκίνητο και πικ νικ παρέα με τους φίλους σου. Φρέσκες φράουλες, αλμυρά κέικ, αρωματισμένο ανθρακούχο νερό, παγωμένες λεμονάδες και η πιο γλυκιά πάστα φλώρα για επιδόρπιο. Μεγάλες βραδιές με φωτιά στην άμμο, ενώ ακους τη μελωδία της κιθάρας και παρακολουθείς την ανατολή του γαλαξία πάνω από τη θάλασσα. Χιλιάδες αστέρια να λαμπυρίζουν και να δείχνουν τη θάλασσα σαν να την πασπάλισες με χρυσόσκονη. Κάνε τη λίστα με τους στόχους σου για τη φετινή άνοιξη. Μικρά πράγματα που θα κάνουν την καθημερινότητά σου να ανθίσει.

Bake | Clementine cake

pring is here. Let's celebrate it with something sweet and orange. A clementine cake. Not some ordinary cake. The most delicious and moist cake you have ever tasted. A couple of months ago we watched "The secret life of Walter Mitty" for the first time. This movie is amazing. We watch it over and over again and never get bored of it. Beautiful and peaceful sceneries of Iceland, Greenland and Himalayas, a lovely soundtrack, inspiring scenes and quotes and of course this perfect clementine cake. You should definetely watch this movie and bake this cake. That citrus flavor with the sweetest icing and those candied clementine slices make the perfect cake for your afternoon tea. Everyone who tasted this cake loved it. We will bake it again and will try it with lemons or oranges. 

Hello March ✿

arch. Spring is here. We welcome spring with white dresses, balloons and a March bracelet. Wear your red -white bracelet so you won't get sunburnt, as they say. The trees have bloomed. White and pink blossoms everywhere. The smell of spring is out there. It calls you to leave your house and run to the nearest beach to take a stroll, to prepare a picnik and enjoy it with your friends, to have trips and experience new things, to take photographs under the almond trees. This year, οn Μarch we celebrate Carnival. Confetti, streamers, masks and costumes. Dress up, be creative. You can be anyone/anything you want!

άρτιος. Η άνοιξη είναι εδώ. Την καλωσορίζουμε με λευκά φορέματα, μπαλόνια και έναν Μάρτη στο χέρι. Φόρεσε τον Μάρτη σου για να μην καείς από τον ήλιο, όπως λέει η παράδοση. Τα δέντρα έχουν ανθίσει. Λευκά και ροζ μπουμπουκάκια παντού. Η μυρωδιά της άνοιξης είναι εκεί έξω. Δε σε αφήνει ήσυχο. Σε καλεί να αφήσεις το σπίτι και να τρέξεις στην πλησιέστερη παραλία για μία βόλτα. Να ετοιμάσεις ένα πικνικ και να περάσεις όμορφα με φίλους. Να κάνεις εκδρομές και να αποκτήσεις νέες εμπειρίες. Να βγάζεις φωτογραφίες κάτω από ανθισμένες αμυγδαλιές. Αυτό το χρόνο, ο Μάρτης φιλοξενεί και τις Απόκριες. Κομφετί, σερπαντίνες, κοστούμια και μάσκες. Μασκαρέψου! Να είσαι δημιουργικός. Μπορείς να είσαι όποιος/ό,τι θες!

alentine's day. Flowers , heart shapped boxes with candies and chocolates, love messages, red ribbons and teddy bears. I wore my pleated skirt with those pretty hearts and headed to the beach. How peaceful and beautiful everything is. I closed my eyes and let the wind go throught my hair. I took out my shoes and dipped my toes in the sea. My heart was full of feelings and love. The moon locket necklace, was there, hanging around my neck. I took a deep breath, "If only he was here with me". I opened it and looked at the photo. I smiled. Suddenly, i felt his arms around my waist. We were  holding hands and running at the beach. Piggy rides, joking, sharing dreams, laughing. My heart was healed now, either this was real or not.

εβρουάριος. Ο τελευταίος μήνας του χειμώνα. Για ακόμα μία φορά στο μπλογκ απεικονίζουμε το Φεβρουάριο σαν το μήνα του Αγίου Βαλεντίνου. Καρδουλένια μπαλόνια και κόκκινες λεπτομέρειες. Απολαύστε τον τελευταίο χειμωνιάτικο μήνα πίνοντας ζεστό τσάι και ψήνοντας γλυκά κάπκεικς. Φορέστε τα πιο ζεστά σας ρούχα και ταξιδέψτε σε κρύα μέρη. Εξερευνήστε τη μαγεία άγνωστων μέχρι τώρα σημείων ακόμα και στην ίδια σας την πόλη. Μην ξεχάσετε το σκουφάκι με τα πομ-πομ! Aπολάυστε μία κρύα μέρα κάνοντας βόλτες με ανθρώπους που αγαπάτε. Μην ξεχάσετε να πιάνεστε χεράκι-χεράκι και να ονειρεύεστε πολύ!

Sunday Brunchin' | Savory cake with feta & sultanas/raisins

unday brunchin'. Our favorite new column on the blog! Sunday is the only day the three deers manage to gather together at home. What's better than celebrate it with a big, easy and delicious brunch?! This Sunday we chose something savory. A savory cake with feta and some raisins, for the sweet-salty balance. We love this combination! We love how soft and moist it is. It's not like bread or cake, it's something different! You have to try this out! Definetely! It's the perfect cake for brunch, for school/job or even for parties. The original recipe belongs to Rachel Khoo! She chose goat's cheese, prunes and pistachios but we prefered it in a more greek way. 

Sunday Brunchin' | Pancakes

unday is for a big and delicious brunch! Sunday means being lazy and cozy under your blankets  until late in the morning. Getting up and running to your kitchen to prepare the most delicious pancakes for you and your boyfriend! Pussyfooting around the kitchen with your warm socks and gathering the ingredients while peeking at your colourful recipe notebook. Trying to be quiet in order not to wake him up! Once the mixture is ready, grab a scoop and pour some of it in the pan. Don't forget to see some bubbles on the pancake and to flip it while it's not totally baked on top. Spread some chocolate on top and sprinkle some icing sugar or serve them with honey and butter! For a special occasion, spread this amazing caramel sauce Bοnne Maman and crack some oreo biscuits on top! Enjoy them at your bed for the absolute Sunday cozy feeling!
